Adelaide Development Company (ADC) was founded in South Australia in 1922 by the grandfather of the current Executive Chair, Fiona Roche. Since then, the company has been responsible for the creation of more than 35,000 residential allotments in SA and has established itself as one of the State’s leading developers. ADC takes a long-term strategic position to optimise value through direct ownership or in joint venture with compatible organisations, like Minda.
ADC has had a long association with Minda, largely through a successful partnership in the creation of the award winning Blackwood Park residential development. With more than 75% of the development completed, Blackwood Park continues to raise the standard as a premium residential estate.
As South Australia’s bank, what sets BankSA apart is its deeply ingrained understanding of this State and the local communities it serves. What matters to South Australians, matters to BankSA.
BankSA plays a greater role in this State than providing financial services. It is committed to helping the State to prosper on an economic, cultural and social level. With this in mind, BankSA prides itself on several major event sponsorships and partnerships, including Adelaide Fringe and the Royal Adelaide Show, as well as a variety of grassroots community projects it supports through the BankSA Foundation.
Through its Glenelg branch, BankSA has had a productive and long standing relationship with Minda, dating back to the 1970s. The bank’s Glenelg branch staff are also enthusiastic volunteers and supporters of Minda fundraising events.
But this year, Minda and BankSA have extended its relationship in order to help Minda generate new income and improve its current level of services.
Under the new BankSA-Minda Home Loan Partnership, when customers take out a new home loan or move an existing loan to BankSA, just mention ‘Minda’ and for every settled home loan, BankSA will pay a commission of 0.20% of the total loan direct to the organisation.
This arrangement has the potential to help generate significant new income to Minda and will mean a huge amount to the organisation.
To make sure the discounts are applied and the settlement is noted as being referred by Minda, it is important that enquiries are directed to BankSA’s Glenelg Branch Manager, Tara Buckerfield.
Tara can be contacted on 0402 965 740 or email@example.com
Foodland is a household name in South Australia with 118 stores, with more to open in the future. When South Australians think about supermarket shopping, Foodland is ‘top of mind’ as a South Australian icon - ‘The Mighty South Aussies’ - who are at the heart of their communities supporting South Australians and providing value for money and excellent customer service.
Foodland supermarkets are strongly patronised by the ‘Minda family’ – people with disability, their families, friends and staff located in both metropolitan and regional South Australia – who appreciate the personalised service and support they receive at their local store.
Foodland has provided Minda the opportunity to supply and package domestic products featuring the Foodland logo and the ‘packed by Minda’ logo. In a new initiative, Foodland is also stocking its shelves with Minda Care brand products. Through these initiatives, Foodland is helping create and maintain employment for people with disability.
