Perfect to a Tee
The Women’s Minda Golf Day was a great success on February 13, raising more than $4,500 for people with disability.
The Glenelg Golf Club proudly hosted the 49th Women’s Golf Day in perfect weather, with proceeds from the day – including a trading table of baked goods and raffle – going directly to the people we support.
The day was organised by Glenelg Golf Club women’s committee, with special mention to president Cheryl Franzi.
Fundraising and Volunteer Services Manager Lauren Halliday says our volunteer bakers were busy in the lead-up to the event, making cakes, slices, jams and more.
“Thank you to everyone who gave their time and effort to make some delicious treats which helped raise money for Minda,” she says.
“And special mentions to BankSA, TerryWhite Chemmart Marion Compounding, and Phil Hoffmann Travel for their continued support!”
We’re looking forward to next year for the 50th year of this event!
