Paul Wins Leadership Scholarship
Minda in Mount Gambier has supported customer Paul to win a scholarship for the inaugural Limestone Coast Leadership Program.
The program aims to build a network of new leaders in the Limestone Coast area through adaptive leadership skills, fostering connections within various communities and organisations, and enhancing participants’ ability to address challenges and identify opportunities within the region.
As a part of the program, Paul will attend monthly workshops in Robe, Bordertown, Kingston, Millicent, Mount Gambier, Port MacDonnell and Naracoorte. During the workshops, he will learn about adaptive leadership, reactive versus creative leadership, leadership frameworks and tools, governance and finance, and presentations and public speaking.
Paul will take part in a group community action project, where he and his team will be required to work on and present an action plan for a local issue.
Paul and his team will provide two reports from the community action plan, which will be provided to the program leaders and key stakeholders.
Part of this project will be presented during the program graduation night in Naracoorte in August.
Well done Paul on this great achievement!
