NDIS temporary pricing increase and Cancellation Policy change

On 25 March, 2020, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) announced temporary price increases during the current COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, there has also been a sector-wide change to short notice cancellations for service providers such as Minda. You can find out more at the NDIS website.

The uncontrolled spread of COVID-19 in the community means life is anything but ‘business as usual’. Disability sector providers like Minda continue to provide much-needed service and support to clients despite uncertain economic conditions, and to ensure continuity of service the NDIA has announced a temporary price increase for critical supports.

In responding to that decision, we are aligning our pricing schedule with the revised price limits for all NDIS-funded services provided on or after 1 April 2020. To find out more about the NDIS Price Guide changes, visit this link.

  • Your Support Coordinator or Local Area Coordinator to discuss your existing supports and whether you will need to ask for additional NDIS funding.
