Learn the skills to work in a job, discover something you’re interested in, with support that suits you. Supported employment at Minda offers you the opportunity to contribute your skills and abilities as part of the work force.

With Minda you can earn a wage, develop new skills and build your confidence, self esteem and status in the community in a supportive and positive environment.

Minda offer a range of allied health services and also developmental programs, workshops and courses to help you to learn skills for the future and live a healthy life.

The multi-disciplinary Southern Disability Support team can help to maximise skills and enhance your quality of life, personal development and wellbeing. You can also be supported to achieve a greater level of independence with self advocacy and skills for life training, with programs tailored to suit you.

Minda can help you to manage your funding, including your NDIS plan, and find the right support that suits your needs.

You can have more choice and control by working with Minda to navigate the disability sector and plan/purchase specific services.

Five students from Brighton Secondary School are relishing the opportunity to participate in work experience at Inclusive Café at Minda Brighton.

The South Australian Learning Centre (SALC), at Minda's Brighton site, is a Registered Training Organisation offering training programs and short courses in the areas of Disability, Aged Care and Mental Health.

The nationally accredited courses drive quality outcomes by offering hands-on, job-ready training, delivered by industry experts.
