Minda Incorporated

Wes Ashman is a parent of four children and a grandparent of four. With a son living in one of Minda's community homes and a daughter living on campus, the Board Vice President and his wife, Lesley, have a longstanding connection with Minda.

As a Chartered Accountant, Wes has been directly involved with not for profit organisations and businesses for more than 40 years, and has acted as a director of fund management groups for 20 years. He is a member of a number of professional bodies.

Along with his position on the Minda Board, Wes is Chairman of the organisation's Audit and Risk Committee and Deputy Chair of the Master Plan Steering Committee.

Within the disability industry, he has served on the Boards of Suneden Special School and Ashford Special School.
