As the parents of Henry, who lives on Minda's Brighton campus, Kym and Helen Hancock's association with Minda extends over 30 years. Kym joined the Board in 1998 as an Association elected family member.

With a long history in the business world, Kym's career is in international trade, working for Safcol Australia, where he holds the position of General Manager, International Sales and Marketing. Kym is a valuable member of the Minda Board coupling a comprehensive understanding of the needs of Minda's service users with commercial business, problem solving and management skills.
